Another 1-0 wins for United. After free scoring at the beginning of season United seemed to content with mere a goal in every game. The defend seemed to tighten up but not in the attack. Another clean sheet but meek attack have been the trademark of United lately. The vintage of United attack that been applauded and amazed suddenly is hard to see.
Carrick and Giggs were at the starting line up for a first time. Carrick this time display very good and commanding performance in the midfield. His partner Giggs in midfield also performed brilliantly. In his native country Giggs provided an assist for the only goal of the game which scored by Hernandez. United dominated the game in the first half which been played in high tempo. But Swansea was not over raw by United stars. They usually from the flanks sometimes gave hard time to United defends especially Evra. However Vidic-Ferdinand had performed brilliantly to deny Swansea attacks.
United still struggling in this season and far from their best performance. Hope the UCL game could rise their game.
